Before the platform. Before the pulpit. Before the profession. There is a home.
10 consecutive mornings, then Monday, Wednesday, and Friday for two more weeks.
"But as for me and my house, we will serve the Lord."
Joshua 24:15
Our culture is filled with distracted men, divided men, and exhausted men. We are building successful careers while quietly struggling at home. This cohort exists to reverse that pattern.
Scripture is clear. A man's first ministry is not public. It is personal. It is not first to the crowds. It is to his wife and children.
We begin with 10 consecutive mornings, 5:15 AM to 7:00 AM Central Time on Zoom. Each morning is intentionally structured.
5:15 AM to 6:00 AM
Approximately 50 to 75 men gather online to receive focused, Scripture centered teaching. This is a time of intentional instruction, reflection, engagement, and response. Men are invited to lean in, ask questions, examine their hearts, and respond in real time to what the Spirit is highlighting.
These mornings are clear, direct, and formative, calling men into deeper intimacy, repentance, courage, and clarity.
6:00 AM to 7:00 AM
After the teaching, men move into smaller breakout groups where transformation deepens. In these trusted circles, we:
Because wholehearted living does not happen accidentally. These early mornings are an act of surrender. A declaration that God receives our first attention. We gather before the noise of the day shapes us.
We come sleepy, honest, and hungry. And something powerful happens when men begin their day together with intentional focus and shared pursuit.
This is not surface level accountability. This is heart level formation.
After the initial 10 day intensive, we continue for two more weeks, meeting Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings. The same rhythm remains: focused teaching, then small group breakout conversations for processing, prayer, and confessional community. Then the cohort ends.
What begins in the first 10 days does not fade. It deepens. This continued rhythm strengthens what God ignites, shaping you into a steady, wholehearted presence in your home.
This is not for men looking for information only. It is for men ready to practice obedience. You do not need to have it together. You simply need to be willing.
That is okay. We are looking for consistency, not perfection. Life happens. What matters most is your intentional commitment to grow.
No. While we will focus on being a husband and father, we will also focus intensely on being a lover of God. If you are not married yet, this may be beautiful preparation for a future that God has prepared for you.
There is no designated cost. At the end of the cohort, we ask you to consider sowing in a generous financial gift of your own choosing.
No. This is for anyone anywhere who simply longs to be in community with people who love God, want to grow in intimacy with Him, and want to intentionally grow as spiritual leaders within their homes.
This is an opportunity to realign your heart, your leadership, and your daily rhythms around what matters most. Your family will feel the difference when you choose to grow.
